Initial Consultation with Astons Immigration Advisers -:
Our specialist immigration advisers will evaluate your personal circumstances and guide you through each of the program’s stages, helping you to collate and check the required documents, and preparing the quote breakdown depending on the number of additional applicants included in the application.
Citizenship Pre-Approval -:
The initial stage involves Vanuatu Government due diligence checks being conducted on the main applicant (and their spouse if applicable) to confirm eligibility for the program. Applicants are required to pay due diligence fees and to submit a copy of their passport and police clearance certificate. The pre-approval phase duration is 2 days.
Confirmation of Pre-approval and Document Preparation -:
Once pre-approval is granted by the Vanuatu Government, Astons will then assist the applicant with the preparation of his/her citizenship and ensure all documentation is collated, cross-checked and submitted in the correct format.
25% Pre-payment and Application Submission -:
The applicant makes a 25% pre-payment and the application is submitted to the Vanuatu Government. Upon receipt of a letter of approval, 75% of the remaining amount is payable within 5 days.
Oath Swearing Ceremony -:
Once the citizenship certificate is issued, the applicant is required to take the Oath. An Oath Swearing Ceremony can be arranged at the applicant’s preferred location at extra fee. The Commissioner of Oath and a passport officer can be invited to the applicant’s home country or to another destination so the applicant can take the Oath and the passports can be formally handed over. Alternatively, applicants can travel to Vanuatu to take the Oath.
Vanuatu Passport :-
On the day of the Oath Ceremony, applicants receive their Vanuatuan passport giving them visa-free access to over 100 countries worldwide and a broad range of tax optimization and wealth preservation benefits. Passports are valid for a period of 10 years and are renewable for the same period.
